When it comes to individual style and preference, there’s a whole world of hardwood flooring options to choose from. Sometimes, though, budget takes precedence. That’s why we wanted to showcase some of the beautiful finished projects from customers who purchased our unfinished #3 Common (Utility Grade) flooring. We currently have a special on rustic oak flooring for only $1.00 per square foot. While it certainly requires a bit more patience and elbow grease to cull through and install, this 3/4″ thick, solid Red or White Oak comes in widths from 2 1/4″ all the way up 8”, and can make a stunning and rustic addition to any room.

You can mix widths, or get all the same size, at a rock bottom price that allows for a higher waste factor, letting you cherry-pick your pieces. This #3 grade flooring will give you boards up to 7′ long, with about an 18″ or better average. That average means a fair amount of shorter boards, as well as knotholes (some of them open or pocket knots), splits, saw marks, missing tongues, and other potential rustic defects…
